Lubrication Reliability = WAR AGAINST CONTAMINATION !
The war gainst contamination is a continiuos process and the only way to achieve monitoring of the results is targetting your ISO 4406 levels of each lubricant in your plant. Only by doing this, the return on investment of Lubrication Reliability efforts can be measured.
At every moment there is a danger of lubricant contamination by dust, dirt, water or moisture, unless your machines are working in a super "cleanroom".
Lubretec offers two simple methodes as a solution to avoid or lower lubricant contamination and control lubricant cleanliness, both with a separate goal & budget :
- Use of Lubesec or Air Sentry breathers / air dryers ( desiccant breathers )
- Use of Decolube or FluidDefense filtration units ( on-line of off- line )
Of course these applications are useless unless best practice transfer equipment like Oil Safe oil cans or Lubristation lubricant storage systems are used to insure overall lubricant cleanliness.
